We have contracts with royal mail/dhl. depending on time of day/night orders are placed we may switch between each of them. (whichever we feel will be the quickest method) i.e order placed after royalmail collect from us will be sent with dhl to still get it there next day. regarding price of postage. dhl are more expensive but we cover the cost so you dont have to. royal mail parcels are sent 1st class recorded mail and tracking information is available on request. and dhl parcels are sent on a pre-noon delivery which is one of the best services they do.

all items can be returned within 7days as long as they arrive back in the condition they were disptached. unfortunatly we dont refund postage on goods which are simply no longer required or bought in error or unwanted gifts. faulty items or items picked in error due to human error will be prioritised and refund of return postage will be issued.
