The customer has several options available. Single video games are mailed USPS First Class Mail and will arrive in 3-5 days. Two games can be mailed individually or in a USPS Small Flat Rate box , multiple games can be mailed Flat rate or Parcel Post. larger items such as laptop cases are mailed either USPS Parcel Post or UPS, depending upon the customers choice or cost effectiveness. Special mailing requests will be honored if possible.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY If you are dissatisfied with your product, please send an email to discountdecisions@hotmail.com and explain your complaint, leave an email address and telephone number. Discount Decisions will respond back with in one business day and work with you to correct the problem to your satisfaction. I will refund any item purchased from DISCOUNT DECISIONS. The following conditions apply.
