We have over 20 years experience in Vacuum Cleaner sales, parts and repair. We only offer high-quality vacuums which traditionally can last from 10-20 years with proper care. Vacuum brands you will typically see offered are: Electrolux, Rainbow, Dyson, Tristar, Filter Queen, Oreck, Miracle Mate, and a few selected others. We do not sell discount-store consumer models which have a poor price-to-performance ratio. We also sell high-end Cookware, Small Kitchen appliances, Photography items, and Audiophile quality equipment. These items have been of interest to us for over 40 years in both a professional and hobby capacity. Brands you can expect to see offered are: Mauviel, Le Creuset, Magnalite, Calphalon, Cuisinart, Robot Coupe, Nikon, Leica, Canon, Olympus, Minolta, Linn, B & O, Denon, Altec Lansing, JBL, Hafler, Rotel, Kenwood, Marantz, McIntosh and others.

The Professional Peddler ships most items within 48 hours of payment or less! Items requiring special packaging or handling may require additional time and the buyer will be notified of any such delay.

The Professional Peddler prides itself on providing clear and thourough descriptions and detailed photographs. It is our experience that most returns are requested because the buyer has failed to read the auction and did not ask questions prior to bidding. If the TPP accidentally misrepresets an item which clearly does not meet the auction description a full refund will be issued if we are notified of the problem within 24 hours of delivery of the problem. Generally, the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees but TPP may refund shipping charges at our discretion on a case by case basis. Items may only be returned with TPP's approval and a RTN (Return Authorization) number will be provided. Customers who are unfamiliar with online purchasing and return policies should only bid after contacting TPP and asking any and all questions they may have. Returns which are not in the same condition as sent, or returns due to buyer remorse may not be eligible for a refund.
