Installation,engineering and product application, reading and understanding specs,all of this has been very helpful in running an eBay business because a lot of the same type of information can be applied to ad description making accurate and valuable information for customers to base a buying decision on plus servicing my customers and being sufficient,providing quality,prompt and great service.

Flat rate for most all transactions and 1-3 day turn-a-round on product shipment. Certainly this is all based on payment from customers and buyers. I run shipping specials targeted at saving money and saving time. See details in auctions and my store. I expect prompt payment with-in 1-3 days. If I can guarantee 1-3 day turn-a-round on getting product shipped I expect a buyer to pay on time or I will cancel the order according to eBay policy. When a product is purchased it is taken out of my store and or auction meaning no-one can buy it anymore. So again,I expect prompt payment.

Returns on most items unless notified in ad description as no return. See specifics in my ads. I only allow 3 day return and buyer to pay any shipping back to me. In some case's this can be worked out if we have shipped a wrong product or something that was clearly our fault. Other-words buyer to pay shipping.
