As a past Bank Branch Manager (12 years), I know the value of a dollar. I have been selling wholesale, surplus, and close-out merchandise for about 4 years now. My sales are about every 2 months at my aunt and uncle's store (I set-up outside on the sidewalk). The sales have become a real community event and I never have to advertise because of the wonderful word-of-mouth advertising my repeat, satisfied customer base does for me. My selling technique is simple: Always the lowest possible price, the best quality (new) merchandise, and 100% customer satisfaction. I am always available for my customers, items will always be mailed promptly, e-mails will always be answered immediately, and I can be contacted anytime with questions or concerns. I offer my eBay customers the same great merchandise at the same low, low prices with 100% customer satisfaction as I have my own hometown customers for the past 4 years.

Shipping information
Normally will ship United States Postal Service First Class Mail, also will ship any preference (UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, etc..) at customer's expense. I will charge only the amount it actually costs to ship the item's weight and postage supplies (absolutely no jacked-up postage fees).
Return policy
If customer is not satisfied with the item it may be returned (not damaged) for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
My Selling Code of Honor
I have lived in the same hometown my entire life. I have been a banker, a school teacher, and now a Realtor. As a sideline job I began selling wholesale and surplus merchandise at my aunt & uncle's store (just like a sidewalk sale). This has become a nice little business because of the repeat, satisfied customers. As I only have a sale about every 2 months, I now have customers call me at home when they need gifts for special occassions. They know they will always get brand new items at the very lowest prices I can offer. As far as I know I have never had a dissatisfied customer. I sell just about anything that I can get at a great price and pass those savings on to the buyer. I really love seeing a customer's face when I quote them a price and it is about one-third of the store price down the street. I am like anybody else, I love getting a great deal and it is my promise to offer those same great savings to my eBay community of friends and always 100% customer satisfaction.
