All of our products are handmade in North Carolina, with only the finest materials and processes available. Take a close look at certain pictures on other 'dog training equipment' websites that may look identical to one another. Be aware of -handmade- products (Amish or otherwise) that are being bulk produced. They will not match our better finishing techniques including; conditioning, sealing, and edge dyeing! These techniques make for a longer lasting product that will retain its shape and color long after store bought products fade, fray or break. This is not your average pet store stuff... you will see, feel and smell the difference! SO HERE’S THE BOTTOM LINE, our products are significantly better made, and far more unique than anything else one might find from either large retailers or distributors who buy their product in bulk.

- We want to get things to you as quickly as we possibly can; - If product availability varies- you will always be notified of any variances to our standard policy; - Under-commit; over-deliver. Our primary shipping service is USPS. We use -Priority Shipping- which is fast, two-day service to most locations for packages. This is the only only two-day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes. Also, they offer Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost. A note on availability; each product usually ships within 2-3 days, custom products being the only exception to this. We pride ourselves on our quality products, and that means EACH one is hand-made, and may not be on hand at the moment you order. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on business days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
