My name is Tracy, I am a stay at home mom raising 3 beautiful children. I have a wonderful Husband whom I have been married to for 17 years.

I sell an assortment of items from childrens toys, sporting goods, shoes, clothing, outdoor items and so many more.

I live in Nixa Missouri, about 30 miles north of Branson. It is a great place to raise a family. I started selling on eBay to help pay medical bills. Both of my sons have astma and visit the Doctors frequently. Once I started selling I was hooked. I love communicating with my customers, bringing home an income and still being home for my family.

I have 3 siblings. All three have their own businesses and have done well for themselves. I have also worked for all three in the office and in sales. I have learned alot about customer service, invoicing, and sales. I have also learned that a high markup is not the way to keep customers. I try to keep my prices low and sell in volume. I would much rather make $3.00 off of 10 items than $30.00 off of one item. It keeps my customers happy and brings them back for another great deal.

I accept pay pal and money orders. I wish I could accept checks but I have found that not everyone is as honest as I am.

I have USPS pickup 6 days a week. The pick up at 11:00 am. If your payment is received before 9:00 am I guarentee that it will go out that day. The exception for that is if you paid by echeck thru pay pal. I do need to wait for it to clear your bank before I can mail packages out, to cover buyer and seller protection.   

I do accept returns. I ask that you contact me before returning any item so that I can try to solve the problem. I can not refund shipping charges unless I made a mistake.
