I live in the woods with the animals, a black lab and a spoiled cat. We have daily visits from other animals. The nearest town is about 12 miles away; not far but far enough to not visit every day. I do some of everything connected with homemaking

I sell a variety of things. I watch for items in good condition, but sometimes pick up things that are old and worn if they merit the recognition. My favorite things to sell are books, paper products and collectibles. Just moved out of an Antique Store, so will be listing losts of interesting things in the upcoming days.

I buy books, music, Videos, CD's, some glassware.

I have collected Fiestaware for about 45 years and don't need anything, but still buy a piece once in awhile. I collect books; children's books, a old school book readers, Videos, records, CD, s and have a small collection of cats.

English, A little of this and that

Gardening, (both vegetables and flowers), Reading, sewing, quilting, cooking, baking, and creating things. I make glass lamps, have made 7 or 8 bed-size quilts and 10 or more crib quilts...I can vegetables and fruit, play several musical instruments and love to play games.

My favorite books are A Woman of Substance, Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, and many more.

Don't watch much T.V. Favorites are Out and About which is probably a local show and On the Road with Jason Davis, which might also be a local one too. We watch some specal things on PBS the news shows such as 20/20, Dateline and Nightline. We watch David Letterman if he has guests we want to see.

Miss Mali was about 2 weeks old when her mother was killed and the Vet was looking for homes for the little kittens. I chose her from the group and had to bottle feed her the first few weeks. She doesn't know she's a cat or doesn't know I'm a people one. Since she can't talk she has, from the beginning, communicated with me in the only way she knows how and that is by biting and scratching. At first I punished her, but soon realized I was missing something and discovered that she was trying to communicate with me. . .I have learned her language and she has learned mine and we get along fine now.

Business . . .I have bought and sold things off and on for many years. 30 years ago I had a spot in an indoor Flea Market. The past 10 years I had two large booths in a small town Antique store and a spot in two different small city Antiques stores. I have since moved out of them all and sell exclusively on eBay now.
