I am from NY, but live in VA. I have set up this store to bring you deals on items I am very knowledgeable about. My free time is spent haggling with wholesalers for their best price and learning about the current markets.

Direct Online Wholesale LLC was started in Jun 2006 as a part time income generator. Currently I am fully involved in other engagements, but plan on turning this into a larger operation.

I appreciate prompt payment as I will try to ship immediately afterward. I understand there are certain circumstances that may delay your payment, but I do file a unpaid item claim with eBay for all buyers who do not pay within 7 days of auction close. I accept Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers checks.

I use USPS Priority or USP ground. I do combine shipping. Also allow 24 to 48 hours handling time before item is shipped. I use strictly USPS priority mail and UPS ground for a couple of reasons..First, your package gets to you in a few days. Secondly, I can track your item and they will notify me when you receive your package. Generally I ship same day payment is received through Paypal...so you get your items fast!!!!

My general policy is that I will accept an item for return if it in some way is not exactly as described, but everything is on a case by case basis. I think 3 days from the time you receive it is enough time to decide. Please send it back for a refund or an exchange.
