I am currently a Park Ranger for the U.S. Forest Service at Mount St. Helems. I specialize in fine-art photography. My subject matter most often contains Northwest landscape photos including Mount St. Helens. I also have great photos of trains!

My favorite books usually consist of autobiographical looks of the environmental movement. Some of those interests would include John Muir of course, William O' Douglas, and historical figures like Teddy Roosevelt (quite the environmentalist himself) and Lewis & Clark.

Way too many to list here, but I grew up with the Eagles, Doobie Brothers, Poco and Dan Fogelberg. Now I am a decent fan of Matchbox 20 (now Rob Thomas to a lesser extent), Switchfoot and perhaps a sound like John Mayer. I also enjoy listening to Yanni, George Winston and some big band vocals!

I have been taking photos since the mid-70s. I have won several contests through the years. I take my photography seriously and my unique eye for natural composition is noticed by everyone around! There is NO digital editing of any of my photographs unless they are in a digital slide show format.
