I don't think there is anything that people SHOULD know about anyone. I'm not a serial killer...that's important to know I guess.

Mens womens & childrens clothing, iPod accessories, whamo balls, dog clothes, toys, sporting goods, hot wheel cars, pc games, cell phone accessories, tools, etc. As you can see...I don't have a theme :-)

I'm a junkie for electronics. Computers, gps's, whatever. I also buy a lot of eBay business supplies from eBay members. Bottom line is that I check prices on eBay for all my purchases before I go to a regular brick and morter store. eBay members get my business whenever possible.

My wife (Steelrose65) and I started doing eBay for the same reason most people do. To clear out the closet & make some extra cash. Now we see it as a way to tell the man to shove it. Not there yet -- but we're getting closer. We spend all our spare time (we also work full time like most other people at a Regular job) so that my wife and I can quit our day jobs and have the flexibility to watch our remaining 5 kids grow up. Traditional jobs require too much and give too little. Bosses suck and I don't have enough life left to waste it making someone else happy. If anyone, anywhere, has done anything...ever. Then you can do it too. No one is special..they just ask different questions and seek different things. Follow your dream!

I learned one thing from working at Home Depot for 10 years. The founders knew what counted. Take care of people and treat them the way you would want to be treated. That means your employees and customers. They're all family. Sadly, Home Depot has changed over the last few years but that original philosophy is what I'm trying to build this little eBay business on. Fair pricing, easy returns and personal service.

I love Paypal (hate the fees though) It's quick, immediate and easy. It also offers great protection for the buyer and seller alike. money orders are great too. Personal checks don't work for me. Too many people can't balance a check book and it takes WAY too long to have it clear before the merchandise is able to be shipped. That makes for a bad experience for everyone involved. Other than that, I'll take anything of value..even a barter if it's a good deal for both parties. I took a load of stamps as payment once. Worked out fine.

It's a real pain to wrap and ship stuff. By far, the least fun part of the entire process. I do it everyday though. Having to wait a long time to get stuff that you buy online is very frustrating so I ship 6 days a week. My feedback speaks highly of my shipping speed. I seldom use media mail (too slow) or Parcel Post (stuff gets damaged on a Postal truck) 1st class & Priority mail is quick and via airplane. Faster and less chance of damage. It's a better experience for the buyer in spite of the small additional costs.

I'll exchange a defective item in a heartbeat. If I don't have another I'll give you back your money. No questions asked. Most of the time, I require that the item be returned to me (I might be able to get my money back for it) If it's a game or music which can be copied... I don't offer returns. I do sector checks and KNOW that it's good before I ship it.
