My Two Cents
I REALLY do take a personal interest in each and every person that writes to me with a question. I truly wish to make the eBay experience a pleasant one and beleive that, as in life, communication is the key to understanding. I have been known to send out the wrong package to the wrong Buyer on two occasions due to all the medications and how they affect my thinking. When this happens, I do EVERYTHING I can to correct the error. The one time this has happened everyone affected was very kind and my feedback remains at 100% positive. Again, communication is very effective, I don't beleive it is used enough on eBay. Some Sellers and Buyers just want 'the item' they will not communicate to a question or suggestion and that's alright for them, but not me.

Most of my adult life I have been in upper management/customer service. I have trained, written manuals, counceled and helped others to achieve Excellent Customer Service. The 'industry' is a dying breed, but there are a few of us left that really care about the customer.

Usually USPS Priority Mail Service; First Class Mail (if item is under a pound). Some Media Mail if Item qualifies. I DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS. (Because I don't know how.....)
Return policy
No Return Policy, my business is way too small and many times I have nothing listed. I am always up for discussion, and if it is my error in a listing I will refund your money, but you must pay the shipping to send the item back to me.

Feedback
I have never left bad feedback for another Seller or Buyer until recently and only when the Bidder is a 'No-Pay'. I leave them for the vultures that are much to ready to leave poor feedback without hearing what the other has to say in reference to a sale. As with most items it is a simple misunderstanding that can easily be resolved. I will always try to clear up any misunderstandings before I just jump at the chance to tear someone down for something that they may not have done. I have let bidders out of the Auction Process when I have been counceled not to; I try to put myself in the 'other fellows shoes'. I am sure I have been taken advantage of, but that comes with the territory and my 'outlook' is looking for the best in others.
eBay Buyers and Sellers and Friends
These are people that live and breath. Not a cold computer screen. Most try thier hardest to stand behind thier items or are understanding when you wish to return something. I have made a very dear friend in Virginia through eBay and would not give that up for anything. Message to Mar: ''put that cigarette down'' !! ha !
