Excellent seller, great communication. Perfect description of item totally satisfied. The only glitch was with Fed Ex. Caution when shipping be sure and require ID with signature. FedEx delivered to wrong address never asked for ID. Fortunately we were able to recover the shipment. Unfortunately, the seller did all these things and FedEx did not follow through.

Shipping was quick, product arrived pretty much in the condition it was described as, there was one area where the flocking is kind of coming apart that there wasn’t a picture showing that, but it’s really not a problem since I’m going to have it gone through and re flocked anyway. The saddle was shipped to me wrapped up in at shirt and the leaping horn was protected as well, which I appreciate very much! Thank you, would buy from this seller again!
