My beautiful mink arrived a short time ago. Packaged perfectly, and even wrapped in tissue paper. It is just as described, or better. It couldn't have been better, if I'd gone to a furrier. When ordering on line, from an unknown individual, you hope for the best awaiting it to arrive. This person was truthful and product is perfect. I would ALWAYS buy from this seller. Thank you again. Return has been a nightmare. Seller claims I opened a case against them when all I did was request a return citing “didn’t fit”. Even paid return shipping since it was my fault. What is NOT my fault is the seller didn’t respond to the return request before the deadline and the request was AUTOMATICALLY escalated by EBAY and funds frozen. Seller placed all the blame on me and has now gone dark on communication. Now is requesting revision and lying about interactions. Maybe re-read your messages.
