GREAT communication from a honest, decent seller. I have bought three of these (10A, 20A and 30A) and one was labeled wrong (backwards) and when I hooked it up it blew out. The seller sent a new one right away! A credit to eBay! These power supplies work well in my golf cart, which I just overhauled to run on a Lithium-Ion 48V batter pack. They draw very little current (if any) when there is no load applied.
