The product did arrive as ordered. I however am giving a nneutral rating on the seller due to saying I could purchase the RNS510 controller if need and it would be in the box. I've been burned before doing that and would have again if I had sent another $50 for an item they didn't put into the box like they had said. Saddly would not buy from again do to this mistake..
