Distressed: Listing said free shipping, but shipping fee added during check out. Immediately wrote seller asking remedy & received unhelpful response asking "understanding." No shipping refund. Notified we were returning due to unfair shipping charge. Have verification of UPS return to Amazon. Seller has our $54.90 and we have no item. Never left negative feedback in over two decades on Ebay, but I do so today. I notified yesterday I would leave this feedback today if no word. Heard nothing.
