The Golf Gear Exchange deals in used & new guaranteed-authentic golf gear & equipment of all sorts. Since we purchase the actual gear first hand from various shops, we can give you the precise history and detail of each item we list and the exact condition. Our listings and inventory will vary depending on what our contacts have and what we find while scouring the country for discounts for our customers! Please check in often. The Golf Gear Exchange is owned and operated by 2 avid golfers who have extensive experience in online and offline golf retailing.

PayPal payments, money orders or cashiers check only, thank you. We cannot accept credit cards directly over the phone at this time and we will notify you when we are able. Please pay us within the alloted time allowed by eBay! If you don't, we'll have to file non-paying bidder complaints against you in order for Ebay to refund our auction fees....and we don't want to do that. We're honest, hard working guys and expect the same out of our customers if you buy an item. We know things come up but we have to stay true to the rules to protect all parties.

Currently, Golf Gear Exchange only ships to addresses within United States and Canada. We do consider orders outside of these areas on a case by case basis, so please email with details before purchasing. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours with a direct PayPal payment. Orders purchased with a money order/cashiers check will be shipped as soon as payment is received and cleared. We will provide you with a tracking number to monitor progress of the shipment...we know you want to hit your new club ASAP and make the golf pals jealous! We do not arrange pick-up's or local delivery in general...so let's try to stick to the UPS route, ok?

If an item is defective upon receipt we will take the item back and provide full reimbursement. If an item clearly has been used after the completed sale or was damaged after receipt, we'll have to chat about that. In most instances we won't be able to reimburse if a club(s) has been used after the sale. Sometimes, we might make a mistake in listing or description of an item. Or the shipping folks may send you the wrong item. It will rarely happen but when (if) it does, do not fret. We will make it right as fast as humanly possible. We can only ask the same from you. If you make a mistake and win an item you don't really want, you should also take responsibility for your mistake. Hate to say it but it happens. So all sales are final unless we screw up.
