I try to ship ASAP with a low cost. Machine Embroidery Designs through email are maile within 24 hourse of me receiving payment. Any Snail Mailed Items usually get shipped the next day up til the next Business day for the post office. My packages usually arrive quickly.

I do not accept returns but I am reasonable if you have a problem with your order. On non embroidery items INSURANCE is always OPTIONAL. On Embroidery Items depending on the circumstances I may resend your order. Purchase proof may be needed if it has been a while since the order was made. Due to the digital format of these items there are no refunds.
