WAS POISONED BY THIS DEFECTIVE SOCIETY (new home), ROBBED (by all responsible parties & insurance co) AND LEFT FOR DEAD (by medical community) WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY FURTHER LOSS, OR SUFFERING, DO TO WRONG DOING BY OTHERS !

5/14/08 MY EBAY EXPERIENCE, LIKE SOCIETY, HAS PROVEN MY UNDERSTANDING OF (it) TO BE CORRECT. ENJOY (it) IF YOU CAN BUT I AM DONE WITH IT ALL. i was about to purchase @ebay, Yamaha's washi 40th anniversary drumkit msrp $12000 and PSB T8 speakers 5x $3500 as i am building second audio system to play music along with this acoustic drumkit. just purchased Sunfire GTA5400amp and GTP5pre/pro msrp $7500 here @ebay the other week. But very important was a rare 2007 Yamaha 40th anniversary catalog as it (and only it) depicted the washi drumkit i was going to purchase. so this ebay seller has the catalog in like new condition, BIN, and i do so. normally i pay instantly w/PayPal but as with some auctions i wanted to pay for upgrade in shipping. though sellers auction states, I WILL SHIP IT SAFELY AND PROMPTLY VIA THE USPS!, i send a total request asking to pay for shipping in a priority box so that item would be

delivered in good condition. seller responds in agreement charging me $8 for priority shipping, asking that i pay right away. i do so immediately thinking now all bases are covered. seven days later i receive an envelope and its folded in half. i looked at wondering what is this. it had 11 liberty bell forever stamps on it. sent from FL i then realize its the rare catalog. i do not open the envelope since actually seeing the catalog DAMAGED would cause me to explode. because just as so many times before. after i make a good effort, people only do their best to destroy it. to add insult upon injury, as before, the wrong doer then blames me. this pile of bad smell (seller) gives me a negative feedback. i paid within an hour or so of auction close. having properly fulfilled my part of the transaction. i should receive a positive feedback! but instead i get a negative, stating i'm the worse buyer at ebay and that you should contact seller for details

the details, seller won't acknowledge failure to use box. instead blames usps, first and only response to matter. HI, I AM SORRY THE USPS FOLDED YOUR ITEM IN HALF, bullsht, seller made this happen! by using a flimsy envelope instead of box, as i paid for, seller increased the probability for damage. even the postal facility stated at the very least seller could have marked DO NOT BEND OR FOLD. i began making purchases at ebay in 2007 and by years end i had 500 positive feedback having spent tens of thousands of dollars on new factory sealed items, some mint or like new... but now, will buy no more!
