Good Records NYC is a used record shop in downtown Manhattan, New York City. We opened to great acclaim in 2005 and have been consistently rated as one of the best in the world for rare and collectible vinyl LPs. We guarantee the highest quality!

Payment policy
You can use a credit card over the phone with our in-store processing terminal, paypal, or money order. No personal checks.

Shipping information
We try to ship items out within 2 business days of payment. Sometimes it's a little more, sometimes less. We're a small shop and we aim to please! Every item is packed carefully with two cardboard inserts, sturdy new mailers, and poly bags.

Return policy
Please contact us directly with any problems. We try to leave everyone happy and will gladly negotiate partial refunds or exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
