Shipping in USA: Depending on the item and location, we ship via UPS or USPS. Faster shipping options are available for the asking - you can email or call for rates. In some cases (usually for the heavier items) Alaska & Hawaii may require additional $ in shipping costs. See international shipping policiy below.

All of our items are brand new and 100% guaranteed against defects. We generally have a 14-30 day return policy depending on the item. Many of our items carry a manufacturer's warranty, which should kick in after our initial guarantee, especially the electronic items. All defective items will be exchanged for a replacement as soon as possible. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us (same as you would have to do if you purchased the item at a brick and mortar store). Your satisfaction is our goal.

In addition to anywhere in the USA, we can also ship to some foreign countries. We can usually ship most items to Canada and the UK, and most of Europe. Due to so many fraudulent foreign bids, you may have to request special permission to bid on our listings, as we routinely block foreign bidders from bidding on our listings. Unfortunate, but that's the way it is.

We will combine shipping on multiple purchases and you will receive a big shipping discount. Once you have completed all of your purchases we will combine them and adjust the shipping amount - wait for a final combined invoice.
