We collect and offer Quality Antique Collectible Items that anyone would be proud to own. There's always a market for the FINEST. We travel, searching for rarities and sharing our knowledge. Our greatest joy is helping people help themselves!
Things I sell
Our areas of interest include Doorstops of all kinds, especially Cast Iron Boston Terrier Bulldog Doorstops, Dazey Butter Churns, Coffee Grinders, Oak and Walnut Furniture. Often we sell those items that we have had for a long time, after we find something wonderful to replace it. Life is about changes and we enjoy sharing quality with the world. There's no reason to hoard unless antiques are your main investment for retirement. Variety is the Spice of Life!
Things I buy
Buying items you ENJOY is the Best Relaxation! Many people buy a Lot of Everything. We prefer to be very selective, focusing on those items we have repetitive knowledge about. The more doorstops we purchase, the more we learn about doorstops. Get to know your areas of interest VERY WELL and bargains will JUMP out at you each week!
Things I collect
Glass Ball Oak Tables are a passion along with Glass Ball Piano/Organ Stools in a variety of woods and styles. They add so much to a room and create wonderful conversations. Advertising Pieces such as Red Wing Pottery are another area of interest. We love cast iron dogs of all types as long as they are OLD and Antique with the charming patina age offers. One of my favorite collectibles is a Red Wing Henry Eggink Egg Beater Jar. I just HAD to have it because it was for beating Eggs and Eggink was the guy's name. I also have an Eggink Bean Pot, but that doesn't have the same flair. We collect things that are interesting and create conversation. My favorite question is, Where did you EVER find that? That one question can create an entire evening of fun discussion.

I love these cars! Have owned a couple of them along with a Buick Park Avenue. The Buick LeSabre will run over 250,000 miles without engine problems with the rock solid 3.8 litre engine that purrs at 30 mpg. ... read full review gorodman's rating:  write a review |
