Goth Gift Baskets was founded by Erich and Rachel, and was purchased by Dave & Amy in 2006. We sell our arrangements through our web site (gothgiftbaskets.com), ebay, and in person at sci-fi conventions and local goth events.

Goth Gift Baskets accepts PayPal for all our auctions.

Purchases are shipped FedEx. Ebay does not offer rate calculators for them, so the shipping rates quoted in our auctions are based on UPS ground prices. We've found their prices to be almost the same, but we'll happily refund the difference if the quoted price is at least $2 more than what we actually pay.

GothGiftBaskets.com will happily to refund your money if you are not satisfied with the gift basket you ordered. Keep in mind that this policy applies to complete, unopened baskets only! We will ask you to send the entire basket back to us and we will refund the cost of the basket (not including shipping charges), minus a 15% restocking fee. All baskets must be returned intact, meaning: nothing is missing, no items are opened, nothing has been consumed, etc.. If an item is missing, opened, or shows signs of use, the basket will be considered not intact. Baskets returned not intact will be subject to a 25% re-arrangement fee (in addition to the restocking fee). We are more than happy to replace parts that you received broken or defective, at no extra charge. We will ask you to send the item back, so we may effectively replace it. We cannot correct candy problems after the basket has been shipped. For health considerations, we simply cannot cannot replace earrings or body jewelry.
