eBay My World: grafdog( 2054)

Hello and welcome to grafdog auctions. I've been at this for 7 years and have decided to add some info to give an idea of how I operate. When I say something I mean it, if I make a promise I keep it. If I sell something I stand behind it.

Comics, graphic novels, clothing, books, movies, music, and a few other things of interest.

Movie and comic historian.

I prefer money orders and checks but paypal works as well but I will not ship uninsured due to paypal policy. I allow 14 days for payment because I know sometimes things come up, I will send a non paying bidder alert after 14 days, don't take this personally as it's just business. I'll even give you another 7 days after that provided you email me with a believable story. I have a low tolerance for blatant lies that insult my integillence, like 'the post office has informed me that they have lost the letter with your payment' or 'my son billy must have figured out my password and bid on that' If you win or buy it now you are obligated to pay for it. If you don't you'll receive an unpaid item strike.

Please note...once an item is shipped the amount of time it takes to reach the buyer is no longer under my control. The P.O. can take a real long time even with 1st class and priority.Let me say I take pride in my packaging. I use the finest double wall cardboards for 1-5 comics with enough space around the edges to absorb a drop from 20+ ft, I've thoroughly tested my packing techniques and they will withstand even the surliest postal persons best throw to your porch. Larger lots come boxed, and larger lots may be double boxed. The post office does lose things so my shipping cost include insurance. This way the p.o pays for it and you will at least get your money back. My international shipping is also top notch, with most larger priority shipping being automatically insured. My items are so well packaged I've never had an outgoing package be damaged. I've received items in a tattered envelope however, when buying from me this will not happen to you.

If I blow it and send you the wrong thing I take full responsibility, and will refund your full payment as well as the cost for you to send it back. If my auction states complete and its missing something(page or coupon) again my mistake and you should not have to pay for it. As far as descriptions of comic condition goes I reserve the right to err a half grade because grades are in the eye of the beholder. If I list some thing as vg and you think its vg- or g+/vg thats your opinion. However I try to under grade a little bit on anything above fine, I've compared my grading with cgc graded books above fine, and they are spot on for the most part. I don't see many if any mint comics but have sold solid nm+ 9.6-9.8 with very positive feedback. Sorry no refunds if your complaint is a defect clearly seen in the photo.

My feedback has 2 negatives. The first is from a newbie who left me feedback a week before his items arrived, and without getting in touch with me beforehand. He responded to this negative and thanked me for the extra items I had sent him. Some times media mail can, but rarely, take over 2 weeks. This was one of those times. So make sure you contact me before this happens to you. Second negative is in retaliation to the negative feedback I had left for a non paying bidder. He had won 3 items never paid and never contacted me until after I left him feedback. I had given him about 6 weeks to pay. Recently I've had a lot of npb's so I will send a npb after 14 days of no payment. There is no reason why you should leave me neg fdbk before discussing your issues with me.
