We are Stephen and Coni Hipps, a husband and wife team and have been together since Junior High School. Started BYUS4U about four years ago. Our name was created because we used to make woodwork type items for people...hence, it was- by us for you. We wanted to open a store to sell beads-gemstones-crafts because I enjoyed working with them and Steve enjoys separating, counting and shipping them, (he says it's relaxing). We love to do projects together. I have done just about every craft there is. Also used to purchase beads on eBay! I'm a very creative type person, and love to work with my hands. We keep up with the trends and regularly attend seminars and shows to stay current in the -jewelry- industry and learn new techniques monthly.

PayPal is currently the only method posted as an acceptable method of payment. Unsure if it is currently against eBay's policy, but at one time, verbage stated that if a customer requested, at the sellers discretion acceptance of money orders could be done.

We ship Monday through Friday - No Weekends or Holidays. Orders ship same day as payment is received. If payment posts after noon PST it ships the following business day. We package orders with care. Our formula for calculating postage fees is $2.00 for the first item and .25 cents for each additional item purchased. Although for the most part this works, we don't know the actual costs until we pull your order, package it up and weigh it. If it goes over we cover it...if it is under we refund the excess to you. No one likes to pay shipping, including myself, but the fact is to have something delivered to your door is an expense. We do not profit from shipping charges. We also have to pay for shipping when we order from our suppliers to bring you the items to purchase...so we're all in the same boat.

We happily take returns if you are not pleased with your purchase. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received. Unfortunately shipping charges cannot be refunded as they were used to ship the original package to you. However, in the event that we make an error, we cover all costs. We have a 14 day limit to return an item(s). After we receive the returned item(s) your refund will be posted to your PayPal account. You must follow the same 14 day guideline for missing item(s) as with returns. Claiming missing item(s) after 14 days of delivery is not acceptable and will render your claim invalid.

Emails are checked 3-4 times a day, and the preferred way to request an invoice or make inquires.

We strive daily to provide an atmosphere that is helpful, relaxing and fun to shop with us. We are very much aware of the thousands of choices that are available on eBay. It is our honor and pleasure to serve our customers. Anything short of that...it just not acceptable to us! Most fun we have is selecting surprise thank you gifts to send with each order.
