Like my name says...I am a Gramma. My grandkids say I am Magic. Thats how I got the name GrammasMagic. I love being a Gramma. I am honest, trustworthy, loyal, fun. I love Ebay and plan on making a living and becoming a power seller.

I am determined to make a living and become a powerseller with ebay. I am honest, trustworthy. I believe in customer satisfacion and will do my best to make my customers happy. I will do my best to ship items well protected also I will do my best not to overcharge for shipping. I welcome all questions and opinions. I will answer question as soon as I can. I will also ship items out to the customer as soon as I can. I value Ebay's feedback system, I do ask if there are problems to email me before leaving negative feedback. Since I plan on making this my business, I want positive feedback and will do my best to have happy customers. I am easy to get along with.

I only accept PayPal. I think most people who use Ebay have paypal anyway, its the easiest and most secure way to pay. PayPal protects both the buyer and seller. As a seller and a buyer I want a secure way of recieving and sending payment. Also when recieving payment fast, I am able to send the customer items fast.

I try to ship items the next business day after recieving payment. I do state that item will be shipped out within 2 business days. I do email the customer if I have any delay due to weather or illness, etc. I pack items to protect them. I also usually ship most items Priority Mail. Insurance is optional. I will combine shipping charges when I can, all you have to do is ask. I do my best to work with my customers. When my customers are happy I am happy.

I will take returns if the item is not as described. If returning an item, email me first. Item must be returned within 7 days. I offer money back minus shipping charges. Item must be returned Priority mail. I cannot be responsible for the Postal service damaging items, so insurance is recommended. I do not offer money back when the item is damaged and no insurance was bought. Please email me with any questions.
