Born in Ohio, migrated to S. Fl at the age of 15. After H.S. graduation, married my sweetheart 43 years ago. Two sons & logged time as a soccer Dad, Cub Scout Pack Leader, enjoying camping, traveling, hiking, fishing, boating, swimming as a family. Sons grew up, had kids & now proud Grandpa to 7, ages 4 to 22.

An antiques collector for 35 years, starting with family Fiestaware and Stangl. First had a business restoring antique furniture and doing chair caning & rush seating. Just loved the antiques portion of that work, and branched out into purchasing an old home from the 1920's to turn into an antiques shop. Spent 20 years as an antiques dealer in my shop; Grandpa's Trading Co, named shortly after our first born granddaughter arrived. We were SO pround to be grandparents of this tiny, little girl who now is in her third year of college! HOW time flies! Younger son is a charter captain & commercial paint contractor who enters and WINS fishing tournaments. Older son is a Ringling School of Art & Design graduate graphics designer who does landscape lighing. Very proud of all my sons and grands! Still enjoy camping, fishing and boating and traveling to the mountains!
