This is to cover the cost of packing materials to ensure that all your items arrive safely. This handling fee is in addition to shipping charges which is usually through USPS & by Priority Mail. Insurance is extra.....$1.30 for first $50, then $2.20 up to $100. For every $100 of insurance over the first $100 is a dollar extra per $100.
