A word about ebay's Feedback DSR system (Detailed Seller Ratings - star ratings). eBay now asks Buyers to rate Sellers on a 1-5 star rating system. Although eBay tells buyers 4 stars is good, anything less than 5 stars causes trouble for Sellers. Because Sellers must maintain a 4.3 rating or higher in all categories, a 4 rating puts Sellers at risk of suspension & causes them to be charged higher fees by eBay. That's why Sellers ask Buyers to rate them 5 stars in all categories. We know many Buyers are not aware of this. Buyers see a 12 month DSR Seller rating, but eBay uses a 30 day rating to set fees & suspend Sellers. We know, it's very confusing. If you're happy with your purchase, please rate us 5 stars in all categories. If you have a problem, please contact us first. We always aim to please! Thanks!
