After many years of collecting original sales literature, I began selling off to pay for my wedding! That evolved into a full-time business, dedicated to providing quality service, and high-quality products, along with 100% customer satisfaction! I strive to make every transaction superior to others! I'm not one to brag, but I have never received anything I purchased that was packaged as well as I package my shipments! Never a damaged shipment, and many feedback comments about my superior packaging jobs!
Payment policy
I accept most kinds of payments, including Paypal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks from domestic customers as well as cash at the customer's risk. Cross-border customers may send International Money Orders, or pay with Paypal. Sorry, I don't do the bank wire transfer thing! I ALWAYS highly recommend buyers request shipping insurance. I have had six shipments lost in the past two years, and the customers were left with no product to show for their money! Please, ALWAYS insure your shipments, just in case!
Shipping information
All items paid online with Paypal are shipped next day at the latest. If sale is made and payment is received before 1PM, items often ship the same day. Due to my schedule, I am unable to ship on Saturdays. Payments made after 1PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Emails are sent when payment is received and when item has shipped. Orders paid via money order are shipped the day after payment is received. Personal check orders are held a minimum of ten business days. All items are packaged with great care. As a semi-retired truck driver, I know all too well how packages and shipments can be abused during transit, especially when being handled in mail centers. I go all-out to make sure my packages can withstand the abuse, and be delivered in the same condition as they left in.
Return policy
If I have made a mistake in a listing, and the item you receive is not the same item, or the item was misrepresented in the listing, I will give a 100% refund, including your return shipping cost when the item has been returned and I have verified my listing mistakes. You shouldn't have to pay for something that isn't exactly as described, and if you do, it's my fault, and I owe you a refund! This policy is strictly adhered to! Returns for other reasons are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Under no circumstances will I make a refund for an item lost or damaged in transit that was not insured. PLEASE INSURE YOUR SHIPMENT!! This protects both you and I from mishandling and loss during transit.
