I am a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Design. At Tech, I became seriously interested in computers which has launched the IT side of my business. I have been self employed operating as Shannon Associates, Inc. for over twenty years.

Payment policy
I accept PayPal and US Postal Service Money Orders Only. No personal checks accepted. Any personal checks that arrive are shredded and appropriate emails sent.

Shipping information
As an Industrial Designer I have designed my share of packaging so I take pride in how I pack thing. I ship via USPS and UPS.

Return policy
Unless otherwise noted in an auction, I accept returns for up to seven days. You pay return shipping. Any money refunds will be via the same method by which I was paid. I do check return items. So far I have only had one attempt to defraud me. The buyer returned an item that was not the one I shipped to him and I could prove it. I did not return the item to him, did not refund his money, left negative feedback, reported him to eBay and blocked him from ever bidding on my auctions.
