I purchased a phone in May 2009 from this seller that I gave as a gift. The recipient of that gift notified me after the 7 day exchange period that there was a problem with the phone. I contacted the seller and they were WONDERFUL to work with. They had me return the phone, which turned out to be defective, and replaced it. The new phone is perfect. I just wanted everybody to know that I will definately be looking to purchase from this seller again. I am extremely satisfied with them and the customer service I received. Thank you! -schultzy857
