Customer returned order without ever opening it. Says they ordered it by mistake. Mistakes = consequences for others. Because you went back and re-read the listing after it had shipped, and realized that the autographed had been removed, and was clearly stated as such in the listing, you decided to send it back, spending my money to do so. On top of that, eBay sends you a Priority Mail label, costing me twice as much as it should have with Media Mail. If it sounds too good to be true...IT IS!
