I am forty something and live in the sticks on an 80 acre farm in Western Washington. I have four teenagers, a firefighter husband and various critters such as cats, dogs, goats, and cows. My husband and I like to garage sale, and I sell what I find.

My husband and I have always liked to go to Garage and Estate Sales. About 2 years ago, I injured my back and had to rest for a couple months. During that time, I spent a lot of time on the computer and learned how to sell items on ebay. I thought that I would just use it as a hobby to pay for the garage sale dates that we have each week. It has grown to be a little more than that - I can pay for all my expenses plus a little extra for some fun money.

Paypal or Money order. However, if you are outside of the US, you need to use Paypal. I will accept Postal Money Orders from Canada, but it is really easiest to use Paypal.

I always try to get things packaged up and sent within 24 hours of payment. However, my official shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. On other days, I will try to get packages out if I can. Occasionally life does get in the way, and I am a day or so late. It doesn't happen very often, though!

I try to be excrutiatingly honest when I describe items. In fact, I will go out of my way to point out even small imperfections. Because of that, I have really had few requests for returns. The two that I had turned out to be my errors because I didn't know enough about the item. If I am in error, I will promptly make it right with my customer. Ebay is a great place to buy and sell, but it only works if we all are honest and work together.
