I run a Computer computer repair,modding,networking,building,etc business. I have been doing computer work since 1999. I had a eBay account i would say around 4 to 5 years ago that had a 100 percent positive feedback and i would sell from 10 to 30 or so items a week and i did this for a little over a year then my company really started booming and i was getting a ton of business i had less free time to sell stuff on eBay i had to concentrate on my own company. So i quit selling on eBay and dedicated myself to my job and i was making good money. This kept up for a couple of years and then we had this whole Recession thing happening with our economy which when it started i did not think it would have an effect on my business, i was wrong. Work has been slow for a while now and i am now back on eBay to sell stuff with my spare time. eBay has completely changed since i been gone, I'm just hoping i can build my reputation back to where it was and do good business with good people.

In most cases i only accept payments through Paypal. In certain situations i may consider other options of payment such as check or money order but the buyer must wait till the payment clears before i will ship anything. If you do not have a paypal account and wish to purchase one of my listed items feel free to contact me and we can discuss other means of payment. by now I would have thought eBay would accept other forms of online payment besides paypal and personally i wish they would because some other companies charge way less when getting money transferd into your account. That dollar or two that paypal takes out every time i sell something really starts to add up.

After receiving payment i usually ship the next day unless it's a holiday,Sunday,blizzard or any other reason the place I ship from is closed then i will ship the next day they are open. I get tracking confirmation with every product i ship out and i email it to the buyer the same day your item was shipped. I make sure everything i sell is properly packaged and fully protected before it's shipped out. I will do next day air or overnight mail requested but the buyer must pay the difference in shipping price.

On most auctions i will give a 7 day return policy, but make sure to read each auction carefully to see if the item being bid on has a return policy because on some products i sell there may be no refunding. Even with the 7 day refund policy i will not refund anything that has been damaged, lost or stolen in the mail. If you are unhappy with what you have bought you must ship it back to me and after i inspect the item to make sure it has not been tampered with, pieces missing, replaced with similar product, etc then i will issue you a full refund. I am very strict with my refund policy because i am not a power seller, i don't run a big business and i can not afford to be ripped off by scammers that are looking to get stuff off of eBay for free. Read each one of my listings carefully to see what the return policy is cause i will not be responsible for something that was clearly stated as not qualified for a refund.
