Packaging was good, so I don't know why one of the coach doors was broken into 3 pieces (3rd piece was NOT in the box/packaging). I can only assume that this was an omission in the description on the sellers part to get a higher price. Replacement doors are no longer available. Seller also qualifys the sale with "NO RETURNS!" Not happy with the secrecy OR the seller not knowing the condition of the item.

Buyer never contacted me about this, they simply left negative feedack. I would never knowingly misrepresent an item, in fact I mentioned a number of flaws in the listing. I'm not sure why the door broke (or if it broke versus just coming loose) but things can happen in shipping. I pack well, so problems are rare, but I would certainly have resolved this had the seller contacted me. The part I think the buyer is referring to is cheap and, last I checked easy to come by.
