The Iron Guru
I love this book. Vince Gironda's personality realy comes out. And for any bodybuilder theres some great tips in this book. Lots of great pics also. I love bodybuilding so it was a must read. gotta go back and learn from the guys who paved the way. Thats very important and very usefull. Its a short read but you'll enjoy it.

The Exciting Wilson Pickett
Wison Pickett is a legand. He's the man. I dont see how you could come close to wrong purchasing his classic music. The band at times also gets so funky you can smell it. I dont dance, but if I turn on this cd I start moving my feet. If you've got a fever for classic music. The only prescription is more Mr. Wilson Pickett.
