We've had a guitar store from 11 years, but have only been online for 5 years and on ebay for 2 years.
Payment policy
We prefer paypal for most orders, but primarily for international. We accept, Visa, M/C, Discover.
Shipping information
We always try to ship within two days of payment clearing. If there is a holiday or the payment clears on a weekend, we ship the next monday or tuesday.
Return policy
We offer returns on damaged items only. Also, only after an insurance claim has been finished. We double box and package items so there is very little room for damage to occur. After shipping over 500 items this year, we have had two small items of damage and the purchaser was refunded a partial amount and in one instance a guitar was replaced. We have a fabulous track record!
