I prefer PayPal for payment. Its quick, easy and owned by eBay! If you can't use it for some reason, I will gladly except US Money Orders. No personal checks or cash will be accepted for payment.

I always ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which usually starts at around $3.85. I let eBay figure the actual cost for certain places under the USPS Priority Mail option. I don't use anything else. I normally won't ship outside of the USA unless its to Canada. Sorry to any other international buyers!

I don't refund anything. Everything is as sold. If, however, anything electronic leaves me working but gets to you and is non-working, I will refund you your money of the initial payment and shipping. Once the item is in my hands and I see that it does not work, then I will refund the second shipping cost. If it works when I get it back, I will contact eBay about failure to recognize my no refund policy.
