Payment policy
I accept all of the following, but look out for specific payment information in each auction: Paypal, Personal Cheques, Bank Transfer, Postal Orders, Bankers drafts.

Shipping information
Within the UK I will ship according the how fast you need the item and how valuable it is. Expensive or valuable items will be sent via Recorded/Special Delivery or courier, all other mail will either be send First/Second class recorded and signed for, or with a certificate of posting insuring it up to £32. International items will be posted via Airmail or courier, depending on the value :o)

Return policy
Usually if an item breaks during transit or is faulty on arrival, contact me and I will be happy to assist you in a refund or claim. If an item arrives damaged in the post, please keep all the packaging so that it is possible to claim compensation from the carrier.
