My antique sales began 2 years ago as a way to clean my grandmother's home while paying for law school. Now, after my first year of law school, I am continuing to sell. The proceeds continue to go to law school (and my August 8th wedding!).

My grandmother has sold antiques for over a decade and has, in that time, filled her house with boxes of items to be sold. As her house has become hard to navigate, she is in great need of emptying a great quantity of incredibly diverse items from the boxes in every room. I am taking 12 months off of school in order to save money for law school (which I will begin Fall '08). On top of working a full time job, I have undertaken the monumental task of aiding my grandmother in cleaning the hundreds of boxes from her home. My reward? - All monies raised are being saved in an account to be used in paying for law school, law text books, and general survival during my 3 years at school. The greater message? My grandmother has at least one of most items imaginable, and wants them gone. I welcome any aid possible in the monumental task of paying for a $150,000 law school education. My items will be priced to move quickly, so as to benefit my grandmother, my self, and any buyer.

All items will be shipped from Allendale, MI. Items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless otherwise specified (or otherwise requested by a buyer). I will typically ship the cheapest way possible (to keep cost down for any buyer), and am more than willing to lower shipping costs in the event that are grossly mis-estimated (due to close proximity of buyer, etc). Insurance is extra unless otherwise specified, and any winning bidder will need to specify a desire for insurance before payment is sent.

Quality is assured. In the event that any buyer is unhappy with an item, it is their responsibility to contact me no less than 7 days after receiving an item. I will not guarantee returns or refunds on any item unless otherwise specified in the auction. However, in the event that an item does not match the description per the auction, I will be more than happy to discuss refund and return options.

All sales are for a good cause. My grandmother is becoming too old to climb over boxes every day and I am in great need of any and all help toward the furthering of my own education. My items are all worth owning; if they were not, my grandmother would not have bought them in the first place! I promise to write my descriptions as thoroughly as possible, and am entirely willing to answer questions/help others in any way possible.
