I am a highly motivated individual who thrives on perfection. Bad habit, yes I know this about myself. But when it comes to business, I believe that I need to put my best efforts forward and make sure that everyone I conduct business with is happy.

I am a very creative person & when I am not in my studio, I am usually in the kitchen, as I love to cook & bake. I love antique auto's, monster trucks, ice hockey & really good vacations! I know the last one really isn't a hobby, but you can't hate a girl for trying!
Favorite Books
I do not have any favorite books, but I do like to read about WWI & WWII and anything that is educational or cultural.
Favorite Movies
Again, I really do not have a favorite movie, but I generally enjoy movies that have these actors/actresses in them: Robin Williams, Nicholas Cage, Tom Hanks, John Travolta, Sandra Bullock, Goldie Hawn, & Sally Fields.
Favorite Music/Bands
Any music from the 70's is my favorite. However, I listen to EVERYTHING just because I can say that I have tried it. That doesn't mean that I have to like it. Among my favorite artists/bands are: Ozzy Osborne, the Doors, Led Zeppelin, the Stones, Kiss, the Dead, and the 80's hair bands. Too many to mention. An earlier era: Patsy Cline, Hank SR. & Elvis. I also like Alabama, Martina, George & Garth. I love bagpipe & piano music. I have a great ear for music. I believe that there is a time and a place for what you choose to listen to.
Favorite TV Shows
I think tv is OVERRATED...get outside and get some exercise!! If I had to pick any, it would be I love Lucy and the Honeymooners reruns.
Family
I used to be all about business. To some point, I still am, but my family has been making me realize that I have put them on the back burner and that isn't really who I am. But more of what I have become over the years. It is a hard habit to break, especially when I have been this way for so long. I love my family, and I am going to start spending more time with them. I will still be here, working just as hard for my customer's and my loyal ebay friends. The only difference will be that this is my visual. My reminder of a promise I made to my family. One that I need to keep. If you are just like me, you need to step back and take a long look at the big picture. Your family will always be there for you. Take care of them first.

Not only do I have an education, but I have years of experience in corporate sales, marketing, freight & expediting. I have spent a good part of my life in this type of business both locally and internationally. Communication is always the key to success. Bottom line...you are successful when you have happy customers who return.
Payment policy
I currently accept paypal credit card & echeck payments. If you would like to send a money order, treasurer's check or a personal check, you must contact me before your purchase(s). Those of you who have a positive feedback of 25 or more with no negative feedback may utilize this option. Item(s) will be shipped after payment is cleared. This option is only available to US residents. All other countries must use paypal.
Shipping information
I ship within three business days of cleared payment. Those of you who pay through an echeck have two options. 1st: Instant transfer means your payment from your checking account has gone through and is cleared > 2nd: Withdrawal from checking account. Acts like you are writing a check and needs a few days to clear. Status is usually pending. Some take longer than others to clear. Depends on if the funds are available or not. I will let you know when your item(s) are ready to be shipped. I try to ship daily, but keep in mind that during the holidays, shipping may take longer. I am as busy as the USPS or UPS around October through January. I keep shipping costs to a minimum. I charge actual shipping costs on all combined items. Occasionally, I offer free shipping.
Return policy
I list everything as all sales are final, unless I have grossly misrepresented the item(s). Sales are final on all handmade items. Each item that I make is an individual handsewn creation and unlike store reproductions, it is generally one of a kind and may be duplicated, but never identical. If you are genuinely unhappy with your purchase, contact me. I will make it right. I do not want anyone unhappy with their purchase(s).

Holiday Shipping
Christmas will be here before we would like it to be. So as a thank you to all of my customer's, I will be running a special on shipping through the entire month of November and December. With all purchases over $50 shipping will be 1/2 price. With all purchases over $100 shipping will be free.
