Really hard to do this one: Product received was the product requested, and the product pictured. Delivery costs were as displayed, receipt time was as promised. I am not sure how you can award a 5 star rating for someone who does what they say will do - there is no room for above and beyond which is where i believe 5 star sits. Why can't this be a Neutral feedback, nothing negative, nothing positive and if we live in a world where we cannot reasonable expect someone to do as they say.......
