I will attempt to ship any order the day of payment clearing but no longer than two days after. If there is ever any longer delay I will communicate with the buyer to let them know the status of their order.

I will refund in full the sale price of any item that does not meet the expectations of the buyer if the item is sent back to me within 7 days. The buyer will be responsible for return postage. There will be no questions asked as to the reason of the return as long as communication is made beforehand and I am given a chance to rectify the situation.
