H & E Auto Parts is family owned by Henry & Elizabeth Tucker. The Tucker's have one child, Scott Tucker. The Tucker's have been married for 24 years. They live in Rutherfordton, NC.

I only accept confirmed PayPal accounts.

I Use USPS and UPS. I use USPS for Canada deliveries. The fees in Canada are less. I always insure packages. I ship within one to two business day after I receive payment.

All car parts are tested. I know it worked before it left my business. I understand items can be damaged in shipping that is why I insure all packages. The new parts have an one year warranty. They can be returned if it is defective or is damaged in shipping. A replacement part will be sent if unavailable, money shall be returned. I shall return one's money within three banking days after I receive the package back. The item has to be insured on the return to H & E Auto Parts. The item needs to be returned within 3-7 business day. I shall work with an individual buyer. I want happy customers, and repeat business. I also want my customers to refer me to their friends and family. I promise to be fair and reasonable.
