HandicappedPets.com was created in 2001 to support the caretakers of elderly, injured, and handicapped pets. We have all of the products, services, and support you'll need. The site was created by Mark C. Robinson in memory of Mercedes, a slightly epileptic Keeshond who was put to sleep before her time because Mark didn't know any better and had no way to find out more. Now there's a way.
Our Mission:
The mission of HandicappedPets.com is to provide products, services and support so that elderly, handicapped, and injured pets can lead happy, healthy, high-quality lives.
Shipping information
1 - We will make every effort to ship your order within 1 business day. Overnight and Second Day orders are usually done first.
2 - Whenever possible, we will send you a tracking number you can use to find out when your product will be delivered.
3 - We do not refund shipping charges for any reason. If your shipment is delayed by the carrier and you are entitled to a refund, you will need to deal directly with the carrier. If necessary, we will help you make a claim.
4 - Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Their policies and ship times may differ.
Return policy
Full credit for products returned if that are like new, resellable condition.
Full Refund Like New - To Qualify for a full refund, try garments on your pet over a tee shirt. Try boots on over a sock. Products that were tried on once, over a sock or tee shirt, didn't fit, were repackaged and returned.
- No fur, dirt, soil, or smell on product.
- Original packaging, folded as delivered
Partial Refund Product was tried on once, but t-shirt or sock was not used and there are a few hairs on it. If we feel that we can restore the product to new by cleaning it, you will be charged a 20 - 50 % restocking charge
Partial Refund Product was tried on once and was slightly soiled or scratched. It is still in good condition, but is no longer new. If your return cannot be brought to 'new condition' we will offer you a refund and re-sell the product as used at a discount. The refund is usually between 25 and 75 %.
No Refund If the product has been used, soiled, or too gross to clean.
