Barring emergencies and the elements, I ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. The primary shipping company I use to mail all my parcels is USPS. If you desire your auction goods insured, please add an additional $1-2 to the invoice. Multiple store purchases can also be combined to save on overall costs. I also ship internationally to the UK & Canada, but can make exceptions to ship farther abroad. All packages are sent in well insulated, padded envelopes. I take extra precaution with miniatures, placing them in small boxes to prevent crushing damage. If you desire your auction placed in a box, PLEASE SAY SO.

If unsatisfied, the auction item must be returned, at the buyer's expense, within 7-10 business days. Please package the item well, and provide a mailing date & mail carrier via email. Once the item is received, (and the contents in the same condition when first shipped), a refund for the purchase will be made without a problem.
