After 25 years in the workforce, I am now a -retired- homemaker. I love bargains. Selling on ebay is more hobby than business for me. I won't get rich, but I hope to share some good bargains with other ebayers.

I've sold on ebay under a couple of other names, most recently as Flower Shipping Partners and also as Flower Power Partners. Flower was a wonderful little cat in -my world-. When I began shipping packages sold on ebay, she was right there to -help-; hence, the 1 Flower business names. Flower now lives very happily with her brother and several other cat friends. Thus, the current name incarnation: Lee Concept Prose.

PayPal. I used to accept money orders, but ordinarily that isn't the case now, as I don't usually sell in the required categories per ebay rules.

I prefer USPS for rates and shipping convenience. By keeping my inventory limited to small items, I am able to provide a quick turn-around time on shipping with convenient local drop off. For larger or more valuable items, I'll generally offer Priority Shipping with quick turn-around on handling time and Parcel Post with a longer handling time due to transportation coordination. I try to keep handling fees modest.

As I'm trying to limit my inventory to small bargain items, I generally don't offer a return policy. The cost of shipping to and fro is often greater than the cost of the item. I do make every attempt to accurately describe all items for sale in my listings. For the rare -big-ticket- item, I'll usually offer a 3-day return/refund policy if the item is found to have been described inaccurately. I do request notification prior to return. Generally, only the purchase price is refunded with the buyer being responsible for all shipping charges. In those very rare cases where I've really bungled the description or there was some payment mishap, negotiation of a -settlement refund- may take place to offset the buyer's cost and inconvenience.

I'm easily contacted through the ebay messaging system and prefer initial contacts to be handled through this system. In certain rare cases, I am available for private email communication. Those communications would generally be initiated by me for settlements, negotiations, or other items of information that are outside the realm of a particular ebay listing.
