College, accounting. But my love has always been sales, so 18+ years of my life is dedicated. I miss not being able to return to work after my automobile in 2000 but that is when I have to realize that things have only changed a little,not ended. I compromize and begin anew. Without challenges, I feel I can't reach my potental.Mental challenges are my favorite.Just when I think I know and have the hidden conclusion, I was dead wrong one out of 4 times.

Without customer satisfaction being the important part of any business,there would be only a limited amount of success.I believe I have to have the ability to compromize and place customer satisfaction first and formost as the customer is my business.To be dedicated to each person I encounter. I can not lump my customers into one rule fits all.I would be narrow minded to think this way.I listen to the needs or complaints and adjust myself to meet the challenge. It is not always easy but behind every sucess story..PEOPLE MATTER!! I often find sucess in the simplest places. I usually add an extra gift to all packages. Nothing very expensive buut more people write and thank me. I know it was not the gift, it was the thought behind it. No one wants to be treated as if they are unimportant. I learned that a long time ago and try very hard to make the revisions in my business to accomodate each person.And those who are not willing to make that sacrifice will not be as happy as they could be.

My business is very important to me. I begin my day early and usually end it late. I work hard and try to finds ways to improve, because the person that feels they need not to improve is like a sail boat without a sail.Just drifts along.I try to never work on weekends. I need my spiritual food ,rest and relaxation.All work and no play makes a person burn out and I don't want that happening to me.There is a happy and fulfilling life with a balance of spiritual and work ethics.I keep that in balance by remembering that when I do the best I can and feel completely satisfied with that, my day is done in accordance to my spiritual beliefs.
